we always encourage people to DM us more info. but even with that info, such as what you provided, even if it was removed, we still have access to it. It does not guarantee though, that we will.

1. find the person who's being reported.
2. Be able to gather the evidence required to actually ban them.

We have a burdern of proof to be concerned about, and unfortunately, although a lot of people seem to think this is the case, we cant just "hop in and ban them" typically it can, in my experience, on average, take anywhere from 20 minute to 2-3 hours to catch a cheater.

And ontop of that, even with all the information in the world, if the person being reported isnt cheating, we're not gonna be able to do anything about it.

Even something as simple as 'we banned x amount of people in this timeframe' can make things harder for us- If say, people were keeping track of that, and saw a massive jump, that can show there's a current vulnerability in the game to exploit

It is very frustrating but it can't be blamed. It's a self-feeding cycle. The person who attacks fastest and eliminates their competition wins the most. In his eyes, you could have been in a duo with a full-grown croc, or else some other sort of threat. I've died plenty of times to a croc I had no chance against, and it massively sucks because they take the longest to grow. But after taking a step back and calming down, I can't really say that they didn't have the grounds to do so.

I have also died as a Deino to another Deino of same size, because I eyed him off instead of attacking first, and gave him time to call in his buddy.

Yeah I shouldn't get angry at someone playing the game it just sucks so bad because I was like 37% grown he was, what looked to be, fully grown. It just really feels wrong, but when I look at it again I notice how I would've treated them if the roles were reversed, I most likely would've gobbled the small dude up too.

Pretty much all the official servers. They've been either hard crashing, or lagging out to the point that 3/4 of the players get booted. Seems to happen to whichever server is at or close to its player limit about 20 minutes before the scheduled reboot, but it's not always exactly those conditions.

okay WHAT the ACUTAL HECK is going on with au-1 est this is the second time ive logged in and its put me back three dinos. Ive now lost 2 fully grown carnos and now a 50% gator.

why is it resetting on me everytime i log on.

like i dont know whats going on and its getting upsetting. I traversed a ridiculos amount of terrain as a croc last ngiht to get from WA to north lake as a baby croc since we cant spawn with friends and now its gone and im back to being a galli half grown which that was weeks ago.

It's not fixable. Although like Thyler said, you can log early to increase your chances of not rolling back. If you log off a server at least half an hour before the scheduled reboots, you increase your chances of not being rolled back. Additionally, every time I've been rolled back, I've been rolled back to the last point that I logged out, so if you're doing marathon sessions, it might be worth stopping every few hours to log out and back in (maybe that will act as a rollback checkpoint?)
