When the server is full or nearly full, about 15-20 minutes before server reset, the servers appear to degrade and cause players to get >500ms latency and most get booted from the server. Seems to be reliably occurring prior to scheduled restarts if the server is nearly full. TBH they should, if possible, begin forcing player log off 20 minutes early and make the server reboot take half an hour or so, just to mitigate the issue.
