You'll see and hear them begging when they're hungry, you Just walk up to them and hold E when prompted

goats and sometimes deer spawn highlands, goats are in abundance there, deer/goat/boar will spawn in west access, turtles so far i've only found them to spawn on west rail beach, there is also a few goat and deer spawns east plains and north cera spawn. goodluck with chicken, rabbits and crab, they are almost impossible to find, frogs are usually around ponds and bodies of water. compy spawns on corpses after a few minutes and those lil AI Pteras are hit and miss on bodies aswell
