The main job of an administrator is investigating reports. Which they do, as I already explained to you earlier. Unstucks are not part of their job, they are allowed to to them when they have time for it, hence why we don't guarantee them.

yeah the administrators in here are not for the game they cant really do anything game related apart from maybe following up on a hacker or two there mainly for the discord, now a genuine question why isn't there admins for the game servers where there actually on the game like many unofficial servers have, it would solve a lot of peoples issues with the game servers, hackers would be dealt with almost imminently people wouldn't be losing hours of game play to spots on the map that aren't finished.

We have admins for the official servers. It's the yellow role. As I already stated, their main job is investigating the reports and police the official servers, but we're not always available. We are volunteers after all and have different schedules, are in different time-zones and so forth.
And even if 20 admins were active right now not all servers could be monitored individually. There's also a lot of players to keep an eye on on each server.

i did refer to that in my message with the following up on a hacker or two comment. the people that made the game and currently develop the game are a company no?. if there are only 20 that can actually take action and you've hinted that there not enough why don't they try recruiting more willing people and try to get a certain amount from different regions so there's ruffly always 2-3 maybe 1 less on the regions that don't need it making it so these issues once again don't exist and people can actual enjoy playing the game.

I got into a convocation last night with a admin over this situation and a few others situations, they don't have enough admins for there to always be a few on for each region so more people that want to volunteer for admin work should, if you want to apply for it to help others avoid these situations or to just make the servers better should do it.

Because those are likely entirely different developers working on different things. The developers in charge of dinosaurs aren't likely the same as the ones doing map adjustments.
Keep in mind the game is in early access. You will encounter bugs, issues, stuck spots, or systems not entirely working as intended- That will remain the case until it is done. Until then, everything is a work in progress.

yeah i know, but getting from one hotspot to another (ie northeast plains to south plains) is long, slow, and difficult to do without dehydrating. I think it'd be fair to lower the dehydration rate, considering they're already so slow and have terrible stam on land. If i'm going to spend 6 odd hrs growing something, I want to be able to get to different hotspots

@thin prairie @lean cobalt We are volunteers who are pouring as much time as we can afford towards helping the community. I can understand that you are frustrated when you loose a dino because you are stuck, but blaming the admins for "not helping" is not the way. The developers have heard the concerns of the community and are implementing and improving the unstuck feature.
Don't forget that there first needs to be people who are interested to join moderation staff before different regions can be covered, which the applications are by the way open.
