I'll let the devs know, but it may not be resolved until they're back from their break and able to spin up some kind of fix for it. The AU servers are far as I know shouldn't be going down due to any kind of winter weather like the NA and EU ones might be subject to

hunger drains when stamina regens from almost empty, carno eats a lot hard to find food, and since you growing you lose food fast
plus many dilos hunting and a lot of other stuff, its mostly rng if the game decides to spawn ai for you or not

im bepi and actually am having quite a lot of fun, fish tend to spawn a lot more when near many players, so i chose a big lake to go to and i live here with the crocs, its hard dodging them but i can always go on land, dilos onland at night and others around so im always in danger lol, its preetty fun so far
bepi grows super fast to , feels like 40 min from spawning in and getting diet to full adult
having 3 diet on carno is a luxury, or any dino, unless you lucky to find a dead player and take his unlooted organs, but even then its better to get full on any diet food then to look for special diet food with 10% hunger, and no diet
