unfortunately thats not entirely correct. the more noise you make, the more likely you are to find yourself muted. Admins dont go around saying "ah, i dont feel like investigating that ping because THEY posted it" or anything like that. When a ping comes in, if they have the time, and are near their computer, they will hop on to try to deal with the issue. the more you ping them the more likely it is for a cheater to hide their cheats, and the more likely you are to be told to stop spam pinging.

We understand that. but like i said. the admins will get to it when they can. they arent around 24/7 as much as we would like them to be. and one of the reasons (other than to prevent channel flood) that we dont like spam pinging is because it can hide critical information. when players report, we ask for a server name and your ingame name. when the spam ping comes in people start typing things like "do your job" "they're still here" "why arent they gone yet" and that doesnt help in any way at all. infact, that hinders the admins ability to quickly identify the information they need to be able to find and deal with the cheater. We Know its frustrating. It's frustrating for the admins to ban the same people day in and day out, knowing theyll just come back the next day. They do what they can to help the issue, we just ask that you guys be patient. pinging once every 30 minutes is fine, just make sure its with the important info (outlined in the pins) and none of the insults

just as an example. None of this is useful to the admins. the one thing that was, went against the posting rules and was removed

this though is. this the way we ask for people to report as it is clear and precise for the admins to immediately start trying to help

So, my friend and I have been trying to play as stego's for a few minutes now. Though it would appear some people don't like stego's? A group of 2 Tenontosaurus' killed us after we scared off a baby Cera, just came barreling into the field we were in and killed us both. Then a group of a Ptera, a Dryo and another Tenon killed us when we respawned. At first the Ptera was hanging around, then the Dryo arrived, followed by the Tenon who promptly killed us both. We never attacked either party first.
