Yup, all staff does. We do that to make sure we aren't immedietly giving server powers to people who may not be suited to it, kind of as a trial period/training period. No matter what position you are, all our staff are still also discord staff too

I'm not in charge of that and it's not up to me, that's the senior admins and the devs. Whenever they feel they need more server admins and have staff that they think are ready to, they start to promote, there's just times (like right now) where no one is available in game, it happens sometimes.

There are always going to be exploiters, that's just a fact of video games. Some will always slip by, sometimes staff is dealing with another issue on a different server, sometimes we just can't get on. It's not unique to the isle, it happens across all games. We do what we can when we can but for example right now I'm working on something and can't close out of it, but can't run the game at the same time- sometimes we're just busy
