The servers are currently experiencing a bug where only some people can see them. If this happens to you, you should
- looks to see if you can find them under "unofficial"
- Restart your steam (some people claim to have success verifying their files)
- Be patient. The bug just showed up and will be worked on asap. The devs have been made aware of the issue.

There are multiple reasons:
- When cheating players are reported and they see they are being investigated (they are watching these channels too) they just log off or turn off their little cheats.
- In the past players used these reports to bypass the posting rules and used these for personal vendetta
- To protect innocent players for being falsley accused

Chances are very high that if you reported a player and they were found guilty of cheating they are already banned. Unfortunatley for us, they often return on alt accounts and having similiar if not their exact skins as before thus making it seem they never get banned. But I can assure you we ban cheaters on a daily basis.

You can't alter your steam ID and if you get your steam ID banned you're done - that account won't be able to join a certain server anymore, or in our case, the game. Hardware and IP addresses can be altered and aren't as safe.

I'm not sure but I think I've already explained that to you in the past - I'm certain you are aware that we are volunteers and there can be time frames where admins are not available. While I understand the frustration if you face cheaters, admins are not available 24/7.
Unfortunatley, cheating will never be 100% stoppable meaning there will always be times where cheaters will roam on the servers. However, we do our best to combat them and I assure you we ban cheaters on a daily basis.

Most of the team does indeed play regularly, but please keep in mind there are nearly 20 official servers- we aren't going to be on every server all the time, and there will be times that exploiters happen to be on servers we aren't at that moment, hence asking people to report them so we're aware. Most exploiters also often try to be on during times when the team isn't as likely to be. We handle them as soon as we possible can, but there is no system that will catch all of them 100% of the time.

It's outlined in the pins for each regional chat- You ping the official server admin role, let us know what server in question it is, and can state what species and your in game name so if we need to check logs, we have something to look for. We don't require video proof and ask evidence isn't posted public, as exploiters often will try to hop servers or change skins if they know they've been called out for it.

It's not a perfect system, I know, but given the tools the team does have, we often don't require videos or screenshots from players to investigate. We can often tell who is or isn't exploiting by observing them ourselves. It's often really only when you have a name we need further proof, but either way we look into all reports. We can also often nab exploiters long after the fact- If say, no one was available for several hours after a report, we can still go back and check to see what happened.

Unfortunately exploiters have become more common across most games nowadays, and solutions to prevent them are often unique to each game depending on their code. It takes a lot of time to figure out how their exploits work and are getting around current methods of preventing them, and to patch them out.

We do take the community and their reports very serious. But as explained earlier we are not available 24/7 as we are all volunteers and have to take care of jobs, family, friends, hobbys and so on. We understand the frustration when having to face cheaters - it'll be taken care of as soon as an admin is available for their duties.
One thing to remember is also that admins mostly do not make their presence public and it's very likely that a cheater that has been reported and found guilty is already banned, but unfortunatley for us they often return on alt accounts.
