If you know you safelogged and you come across the character selection, you should terminate the game ASAP. Do not safelog or it will overwrite your data. You may then reconnect and if you are lucky you get your old character back

I see. There's a slim chance that the server isn't loading the players profile data correctly, but seeing that this happened alot recenty, I will pass on this information internally. Unfortunatley that's the only fix to my knowledge, if this doesn't work your character is most likely gone

Getting stuck in the map is not the fault of the players, why is it then up to individuals whether or not players pay the consequences of things that aren't their fault?
I'm not an unreasonable or impatient person, as I said I've been trying to contact for 4 days

The biggest thing is that every admin here is a volunteer, and somedays they may not be able to put anytime towards assisting the community, while otherdays they will have more time available. this can lead to gaps of time where there are no admins available at all. And because of the nature of some pings being, people request assistance, log off, and dont inform admins they are gone, admins in the past have logged on to help someone, but they are no longer there and wont respond to messages. So just to make it easier on the admins, and clearer to the community so theres hopefully no mistaking it, we've simply stated that admins can do unstucks if they are free and want to, but they are not required to hop on to unstick every request (theres easily 50+ a day for a somewhat small admin team)

I'm sympathetic to that. There should be more server admins as a base line at least, spread over different timezones I don't think a Discord of this size would have any issues finding volunteers. A consistent policy would be easier. If there are NO unstucks then at least I wouldn't spend 4 days trying to get a response. If there ARE unstucks then it would be easier to simply wait until such time as my request could be attended to. This luck of the draw policy leads to frustration and uncertainty.
But then, I'd be happy if at least locations were recorded so the map itself could be fixed at a later patch or something (New map notwithstanding), even if I just have to bite the bullet and starve to death at least that's a problem that will bit by bit solve itself and then there wouldn't be a need for so many pings

For obvious reasons, we dont just want anyone to have the role, so they need to work up to it and gain the trust
