yeah i get that being a small indie company is hard, but the isle has so much potential, would be nice if they didnt have to use steam to promote there game, and could actully implement a speed detection background program that can just shut off the game if said hacker was detected going faster then possible for said dino's would take time to program and implement but in the long run would free up admins/programmers time to focus on Positive community interactions like helping with the unstucks (in a more frequent manner) or even just roaming the servers with the players that are literally supporting them in this endeavor or even add in a subscription service to an alternate evrima server that does have this type of security i.e hackers can take the public servers and the hardcore players who actually love the game can subscribe to pay for the server upkeep, (yes i know its not cheap to run a server) but dedicated players would totally be down for this im 100% sure of it, id happily pay a $15 dollar a month fee(im but one man i cant pay for a whole server xD) to have a server that doesnt have to worry about hackers/ exploiters

that would be quite ideal, i dont know the logistics behind setting up something along those lines, or any potential deals the devs may have with server companies or anything along those lines. There may be more than your or i know preventing the devs from easily implementing an auto mod type system (not to mention how unreliable they can be in the form of striking innocent players while cheaters waltz on by) and as for the admins roaming the servers, Most of us still do from time to time, but unfortunately are fairly targeted by the playerbase for XYZ reasons.

when i ran my own game servers my admins never got paid either, and we could only help between set hours, due to work in real life, family, and just still trying to enjoy life, when people got salty at us because we all lived around the globe and couldnt help at that exact moment
it does make us/them feel like crud or there not doing good enough, i think for a small indi company there doing pretty well, and as tyler said again Steam doesnt like programs that use auto detection software,
so that being said, not getting paid, and doing admining for free while also trying to maintain a personal life outside of the game gets hard sometimes, at one point i was working 10 hours a day just to come home and work another 8 hours admining servers i owned and ran( for free mind you) i paid for my own server upkeep and was only sleeping 4 hours a day which left me with 2 hours for personal time like friends and family food, basic household chores i literally felt myself burning out and not wanting to play my games anymore, so after a very hard and long discussion with my admins we closed the server down due to not having passion for it anymore, sorry for the chapter just wanted you and every one to know the kind of stress admining servers on this scale can do to a person

not a problem at all, im just over people crying all the time about something that admins are aware of over and over again, all of you discord/server admins are doing a great job, because honestly you guys put up with alot of abuse/insults when your just trying to have fun in the game like everyone else or just trying to live a normal life without all that extra added stress of appeasing the masses, passion is the biggest motivator for any admin regardless weather is just discord or the game it's self, your not doing what yall do to be power hungry but doing this to help build a community that you can be proud of sitting back and saying i helped build this group of amazing people

it's being looked into, but these things can take a serious amount of time to diagnose and fix, it likely wont be an overnight thing and may even take a few days to properly deal with depending on the issue. please just be patient as it should hopefully be resolved soon.
