Try running the Isle as admin, if its actually an issue with the anticheat's install it should have a folder in the isle's base directory from memory, it should have an installer in there to reinstall battle eye, try that. That said thats from memory so I could be mistaken.

Yeah so its trying to get you connected but the server is full. So its sending connection requests in hope that someone logs out and then gives up when you aren't the lucky one to get the connection on someone logging out. Just keep trying.
There's no cheat way to do it. Just repeated attempts

Yeah the server viewer doesn't seem to offer live updating of numbers, just based on the refresh. So even though it says its almost full, its definitely full.
Is what it is my guy, just keep on trying and you'll get there.
