Just keep trying to connect to a server, if it doesn’t work go to the main menu and back, make sure it says “online” on the top left, sometimes refreshing makes it say offline, if it still give you trouble after trying to join different servers just restart

Thanks. Tbh we have most of it figured out. Main obstacle is not running into big packs while trying to grow and also hackers.

We tried to grow rexes multiple times, got close to sub adult but then got killed by 3 full grown carnos when a storm was going so we didnt see them aproaching

now we are js doing allo since its a lot quicker to grow and figure out the game more

The biggest takeaway is to avoid populated areas. The center of the map (AKA the Deltas) tends to have a lot of players. It's tempting, but ultimately a death trap. This game is 40% skill 60% luck.

i was told they share spawns with crabs and rabbits, kill all small critters and you should spawn more turtles. i was also told if there are herbie plants on the shore they also block turtle spawns

swim speed is good if you stay in water, if you plan to migrate a lot you can get water return on rain/eat or reduced water loss, there is also reticulated kidenys where you drink saltwater until you're out of water, refill, repeat and you should be able to swim and drink salt water once you get the mutation unlocked and selected, opens up shore swimming so you're not stuck in rivers and lakes.
