Idk if you’re still trying to grow but a couple good easy grows are Pachy, Carno, Cera, Gali, troodon . They move around the map pretty fast and you can stay in a Sanctuary for a while and as troodon you can stay forever. And as others have stated, AI sounds are the best way to find food (safely). Listen for calls, don’t run to them as they’ll hear you before you can see them( crouch walk/slow trot) when honing in on a sound.
