i tried it in a free admin server where i just spawned at swamp, gave myself perf diet, went into sanc, grew myself, and i had prime
deino luckily only needs like 2 things for prime but if you're worried sanc won't work then i suggest trying to get the patrol zones. the only mzs that i know work would be the ones at west rail, delta, and highlands, which are all difficult places to get to outside of delta
