I think the problem is two fold. Firstly there's not enough admin or staff to support this games very quick growth
And secondly I think the game engine itself is a problem. Given how unstable it seems to be I'd imagine it's taking up a lot of time just trying to fix or work around it, time that would otherwise be spent on issues such as cheaters

Of course, this is speculation on my part, though it tracks with my experience with the game and what iv seen with others on the same engine

All that said though, it's clear they are trying. There is no shade intended here. They are a very small team for a game of this scale or sort. There's only so much one can get done in a day

But the legit players will leave if they feel that their work is constantly going to the trash. You seriously need to have a way to get the legit player their Dino back.
You game need to have logs on your side that shows who dies by whom and what growth stage for each at what health stage. At least this way you can see that it would be impossible for a fresh spawn juice kill an adult apex like what happened yesterday to me.
Take a look at other games, for example, ARC raiders, that gives you your stuff back if you are killed by a hacker.
Do we want the isle to be seen as a Dev kids game or a serious game? At 1400 hours in I don't want this to be an amateur project

If a hacker kills someone, deleting 10+ Hours of progress and they get banned. They won't care, they have done the damage.

They will go to another official and rince /repeat.

The Isle need to come up with something better to protect players.

There are loads of games out there today that offer protection if you were killed by a hacker.

Shame The Isle is falling behind standards.
