I don't know what you mean. Your skin shouldn't change when you become Prime. The only thing that can change your skin in-game is the Cannibalism mutation. That makes your skin white with pink. Currently, you can learn this mutation on all slots. If it's not that, then I don't know what it is either.

yeah if you are not nested in, you really need to hit a sanct, at least 2 migrations and 4(?) patrol if I am correct. I never really payed attention how many as i am always constantly moving and running through them.
