if you dont do the Prime Objectives you will become a frail Dino which has worse stats then prime

yeah but they are pretty easy the best for myself are: 1. Dont let all your nutrients reach zero even just for a short time 2. Dont do Cannabilism because you get Muscle Spasm 3. Visit One Sanctuary 4. Reach perfect Diet once (Means you need all your 3 Nutrients have at least 1% for a second 5. Visit 2 Migration Zones
