Unfortunately it isnt 100% guaranteed that you get prime if you do everything. The crash may have put you back possibly but mm not sure. Ive had a lot of people play and do everything for prime an still not get it. Very unlucky

I do agree that the anticheat/admin work against hackers could be more transparent/just better overall.... But I think the root of the issue is caused by powers above the admins who actually work on the issue.....

And like while the cheater issue is bad in this game... Just being salty about it in the discord isn't gonna help much... Just give out a general warning like you did (no doxxing the location/skin) fill out a hacker report and go on your merry day... Or stop playing the game... Also a very valid decision in the current state of the game
