At the moment, The Isle is once again having serious problems with cheaters on PC. <@&505047238674874368>
There is a noticeable difference between official and unofficial servers. On many unofficial servers, players can be revived if they were killed by a cheater and can provide video evidence. This does not happen on official servers.

What’s interesting is that there seem to be far fewer cheaters on unofficial servers than on official ones. I strongly believe this is because the revive system takes away the fun for cheaters — killing someone actually has consequences for them.

I would really encourage you to reconsider allowing revives in clear cheater cases. I’m convinced this would significantly reduce the number of cheaters overall.

Side note: if the concern is a lack of staff, I applied for an admin position about two weeks ago but haven’t received any response so far.

I’ve already done what’s possible on my end to help, and from there it’s up to the admins to decide the next steps. Maybe one option could be a short trial period, for example a probation month, to see how things change if revives are allowed again. During that time, a few additional people could be brought in temporarily to help out, even on a voluntary basis, or I could take on more responsibility myself.

I know this isn’t easy, especially when the team is already understaffed, and timing also matters. These are just ideas meant to explore ways to improve the situation and make the game better overall.

Start with smaller, faster to grow Dino's while you get the hang of things even if they aren't as cool as a rex 😄 that way you don't waste your time as much learning all the ways to die
