Not that I know of. Though I know if you stay for too long in one area it can prevent you from getting prime, even if you hit all the PZs and MZs. Also I feel you need to hit a certain threshold of all 3 nutrients/perfect diet for like 10% of your growth (number is hypothetical), and also could be that it’s not enough to get like 5% on all three at the same time for it to count.
