You will almost never hear a response from an admin regarding a report unless we need more information from you, which the vast majority of the time we do not. We do not and WILL NOT ever disclose action against another player, be it if they were banned, if not, or why.

In part it is not the business of the general playerbase, but also that we do not want cheaters to know we are coming and investigating reports before we can get in game to deal with them. While the lack of transparency can be frustrating, please understand it's for a reason

Yes, I understand, but there are also certain cheats that are clearly visible in reports, and when I check a player's account, it's almost always an empty account with only that game. Also, many cheaters disguise their cheats, making them barely visible, and then I understand why they don't get banned immediately or require reports from more players.
All of this is somewhat useless until a proper protection system is in place.

It's unfortunately a constant arms race. All anticheats are only so effective, and cheats need to be removed by patching them out in most cases nowadays. Doing so is a long and slow process that needs to be done carefully, and is something the devs are always working on. It's not easy, and these things come in waves.

A few reasons. The main one being due to issues with the elder and entomb system, we can't restore people's dinosaurs as they were before. Another significant factor however, and personally the biggest, is that for as long as we did do them, the vast majority of players would not cooperate with admins to be able to do them in the first place: Not telling us their IGN, their server, not logging in, outright refusing to log in and be the correct species for a regrow or refusing to get on the correct server, etc.
