One of you logs in to the server you picked, press tab, go into group and there you will see a spawn code, send it to the friend and they will use that in the dino menu to send a spawn request, when accepted they will be able to make their skin and then spawn close to you.

Babies will give you a moment of not taking dmg, so it does do something, but I get what you mean.

Highest I've grown a deino is 64%, but I decided to get salt water muta and I proceeded to try to get to southplains via the sea, long story short, I starved.
