The best thing to do is travel the map, never cannibalise (except deino and cerato), never be infertile, get all 3 diets (you can get all 3 from organs if youre carnivore) and go to sanctuary (for deino and ptera it doesnt show but you can still enter for 5 seconds and leave)

Travel the map because you need to hit migration zone and a couple patrol zones, if youre not using the map jist running around to the hotspots like highlands makes it work
