If /unstuck doesn't work. You can ping the server admins. Otherwise, one thing that worked for me was to leave the server, then join a few mins later. Then I spawned inside the mountain and could walk out ez.

your growth doesnt matter yes, it fluctuates and depends if it just happened or not. ive had mzs last up to 2 hours. if you need them for prime, afaik it doesnt count. travelling different areas of the map is recommended as even mzs that arent active count
