nooo, if you have the canni mut and eat your own kind you get diets. if you dont have the mut you get spasm and become infertile. also not 2 quests just one bc only infetility is affected by the quests

• never have muscle spasms (dont eat your own kind when you are not cannibal)
• visit 2 mz (migration zone)
• visit 4 pz (patrol zone)
• raise a baby (last time it was to 50%)
• born from an egg

You need to complete 5 of these tasks to get prime
You can choose what you like

Elder starts at 75% and goes to 100% of growth. At ~87% you will get your best stats (if you have a prime) and after it decreasing a bit. At 100% you cant nest anymore cause youll get temporarily infertile status
