I found that i HAVE to go through the main MZ at delta river, otherwise i dont get prime. I have tested it with Teno by going through x2 MZ and multiple upon multiple PZ and i failed prime unless i went to the one at Delta river.

i dont think so, you need to upgrade ur pc to play the isle unfortunately its really intensive i have a decent pc with a ryzen 5 5600x and a 5060TI and i only just manage to get above 60 fps on medium settings

you could try turning down the resolution but im not sure that would change very much at all
