I wanted to play croc again after a few months and I noticed that the AI ​​of both small and large fish is absolutely terrible. I logged in after like three months, thinking maybe the bugs and cheaters were a bit under control. I join as a croc, and then I spot a fully grown Elder Prime Croc. I hide completely behind a wall—he literally can’t see me—and the guy just slowly follows me around the entire wall.

Honestly, I was sure the first guy I saw must have been cheating for being such a big dinosaur. I thought, “Maybe not…” but nope—first big player I see in this game, and it’s literally crazy.

One of the devs has stated that they don't want to focus on official servers, but let communities monitor this 'unfair' results to solve(their own servers).
Official is to see the game in it's natural state(for casuals) and those who like the way it is, build their own narrative of how they want to play it...
That is why, there are pvp servers, testing servers, servers with strict rules, server with take out broken dinos and so on

I understand you, and if they want the game to be like this, that’s just sad. They could at least include something in the game for new players—especially those buying it on Steam—so they know to install Evrima instead of Legacy. Then they go into Evrima, not realizing that official servers are full of cheaters who will kill you while you’re trying to grow anything big—like a Rex, Trike, Croc, or similar—which can take over 8 hours.

It's not that they don't care, they just focus on different things...
No need to exaggerate by saying "full of cheaters". They are numerous, but at specific places... avoid those places and wont meet them. Crocs and Trex are, sadly, rarely enjoyable dinos at unpopular places

I’ve also noticed that regular players—like members of my community—have been excluded in the past for speaking their minds, just as I did.

I don’t want to attack anyone or anything with my words above, but it’s incredibly frustrating and such a shame for normal players who fall victim to what officials have in store for them every time.

Instead of being muted, given timeouts, or banned from Discord, players who speak up like I did should be offered guidance and support + understanding from the admins in the discord here.

Trust me...i had the same problem until i found the unofficial servers
they are wayyyyyy better than official server and there are soo many admins INGAME with instant support

and yea, thats the reason why i stopped playing on Official servers

i tried it again yesterday with a rex:
I was a Prime Elder Rex after 9 or 10 hours of growing and THEN some mixpackers killed me...

That was yet another clear example of why you shouldn't play on official servers.

There are unofficial servers, for example, where mixpacking is forbidden, and playing on them is just so much more fun.

My first experience on an unofficial server was yesterday and it was a disaster XD There were supposed to be rules, and I thought, "Cool, I'll be able to play in peace," but no... People will always be the problem. I lost my Rex after 6 hours of play because some poor guy didn't respect the rules and crashed my fight that I was winning X'D

Yes it's with the new elder system, frail elder becomes worse than what stats you would have had before, prime elder also has stat drops but you will still be stronger in most cases than you were before I'm pretty sure.

For most dinos, your stats are best at 75% (or if you get prime, around 87%) After this, you go into elder and lose biteforce and speed

np haha, worth mentioning as well that prime 100% is a toss up. You will have more health, but speed and biteforce will still drop lower than 75% stats pretty sure. At least for some dinos anyways if im up to date on stats. Prime cera drops to 125 biteforce when it is normally 150 at 75% for example. It just doesnt drop as hard as frail

At 75% you get either prime or frail. Prime dinos will continue to get bigger and stronger, and get a 4th mutation rather than just 3

For raptor, it will go from 395 -> 660kg, idk the other stats

No, generally the idea is play how the game is supposed to be played and youll get it. Explore a lot, keep good diets, visit sanctuary, dont be infertile etc. Even better if you get nested, as its even easier

Running out of diets and cannibalising without the cannibal mutation. Most dinos also become permanently infertile at 100% too (not very small ones), but you already have prime at that point so it only effects nesting
