visit sanctuary
visit migration zone
visit patrol zone
do not get muscle spasms
do not become infertile (you get infertile when you have 0% of all nutrients at once)
vomit sickness will not prevent you from getting prime
being nested in massively improves your chances

visiting more than one migration and patrol zone can potentially boost the chances. the zones don't need to be active, check the vulnona map for where you are
to check if you have achieved prime, click the 4th mutation slot at 75% growth, if the mutations menu opens you are prime

So I was just playing on EU 4 as a nearly full grown Rex and I logged out in preparation for the server restart. When I logged back in my Rex was stuck in a bridge (which I didn't log out there btw). I decided I would logout and perhaps it would fix the issue. Now when I relog my rex is just gone.......
Any insights here? Or did I just waste literal hours growing a rex for nothing

Here's what I did, 2 PZ, 4 MZ, Visited a sanctuary(you dont have to be juvie), Never infertile, No muscle spasms, and Achieved perfect diet(you dont need to maintain it)

You can absolutely ignore a sanctuary, but there's a slight chance you might not get prime

You don't have to be a juvie to complete the sanctuary task so it's a bit easy. And as a Deino, getting saltwater mutation and travelling to swamps sanctuary is very easy, the only hard thing is to maintain your hunger.
