make sure you are on the correct version! the basegame is legacy, which is old - go to steam library and right click the game, properties, betas then hit evrima to download the evrima branch. if you want to test out new things that will be added to evrima, select hordetest

i can tell you that hordetest is currently absolutely insane. When you're connecting to a server, say eu 3 for example, you have a chance of being sent to a parallel universe and enter a different eu 3. SO my suggestion is to keep trying to enter the server you disconnected from, until you end up in the server with a high server pop as that's likely the 'real' server and will have your dino on it.

I don't know how, or why this happens, but the isle now has parallel universes and it may send you to one of those universes at any point so. enjoy! :D

nothing you can do besides keep trying to enter eu 2 the same way you normally do. If your dino is in a fake server, all you can do is keep trying to get back to it. i don't know any official method of moving your dino from the fake server to the real one, but i did have a dino change servers after a crash so you might get lucky. I highly doubt you can save it though so just enjoy it on the fake server

It’s because Rex is around 50kg and has around 8 bite force so you are pretty week for a deer

yeah fresh spawn rexes are SUPER weak, as a ptera i can kill you in 1-3 bites. You can't hunt a deer until you're minimum 100kg, i would go 120 for good luck. even then you can only get it with a pin.
