I just managed to raise a Rex to 60% for the first time and this little guy is cheating. I think I've already wasted 200 hours raising Rex and it would have been successful if there weren't cheaters and the admin was dealing with it. He'd be doing his thing, not messing with us.

deino can enter sanctuary and it does count, you just need to not suicide to the bees, take 2-3 hits and dip back out

you can do this by running straight east from water access on spawning in if you can bring a schoolfish with you for food.
Swamp works too and same for east lake.

It took like 4 months for me to get a response, then maybe a month or two of interviews and paperwork, they’re super stingy about who they accept because you are a representative of the company, you have to match all the requirements and treat it like a job application, we do also onboard people in groups so that may be part of it

From my understanding, a majority of people applying are either hackers or using the application to complain, you do need to treat it like a job application, because it’s more or less a job, you don’t get paid for it, but there are rigorous criteria because you are the face of the company as the community interacts with you more often than with devs

If we were paid, there would be quotas, which I could not guarantee I could meet, there’s also a legal restriction in my irl job to prevent me from working too many hours in other jobs without approval from my manager, short and sweet, I could not be a server admin if it were an actual job

Id say that would be the harsh reality of it though, it would crack down on the epidemic of cheaters ofc it would suck as it prevents you from doing it, but as you said you have real life obligations, so wouldnt those roles be better suited for those who can keep up with it (i dont mean this in a mean or rude way)

People can and do try to get to this position to abuse it, we’re not allowed to grow ourselves or others with commands without good cause like regrowing a death from a hacker, we can’t use admin tools while playing normally, a big part of it is trying to attract the right kind of person to the job
