So what happens (from my experience) when YOU crash your dino will keep moving walking/running and after a certain time it teleports back to where u crashed and stands still for 5 minutes. U can get killed in that time or if u crash and wont log back in right away you also lose your dino

Fun fact, the rex now reaches 50km/h + speeds because all studies of the rex growth cycle are based on a well presrved fosile of a rex fighting a trike, they long thought the rex was a juvi because of it size. I think there has been more than 5 wipes in last month, tho servers seems to be decently active anyways. It's HT, now normal servers. There will be wipes and other problems, that's why it's HT. Test servers. Don't grow big dinos if you fear that you will "waste time" with those, just wait till they release new stuff in main branch 😂 (it might take while tho). And yea, i've lost prime rexes, allos, trikes to these wipes, but that's the price for playing in HT. It is annoying, but there is not much we can do about it

A lot of the servers aren't as populated as they were, I agree
Tbh I do think a lot of people are either on HT, or they're refusing to play as much because of the hacker-issue and the optimalisation not being great.
Add on top of that that people are probably waiting till T-Rex drops, bc there's a chance all dinos will be reset when it does drop

It's a bit frustrating though, with how big the gap is: EU4 almost always has queues in the evening, but some others have <30 players :/

in my opinion i think they should focus more on evrima, i get that hordetest is for testing but its overpopulated compared to evrima.It should really be priority and some servers are even that dead to a point were there is like 8 players,for example eu2, i have a deino in sp there but its obviously unplayable now due to the mass unfollowing on evrima.

Oh yeah, I do agree that it feels like the evrima branch gets forgotten about at times. Optimising the game and servers should come before introducing more dinos to the game, but I'm no developer, it's just what seems more logical to me tbh
I don't have a great graphics card, but this is one of the few games where I actually can NOT reliably get 50+ fps, even on the lowest graphics settings :\

Add to that that they are messing around with AI spawns and server sizes, for which we don't really get a heads-up, but it does massively impact gameplay. As a herbivore, you'll probably be fine, but as a carnivore on a less-populated server? You'll struggle, if not die of hunger :(
I like this game a lot, I (and probably most people here) just wish the devs were more transparent before changing stuff and maybe actually (visibly) listened a bit more to what the playerbase needs. ^^"

you dont need to hit the MZ's you smell, it can be any MZ that will/have the chance to spawn in the map. Same with patrol zones

if you know a MZ spawns there... you can just walk in the region and it will trigger your mission
