Yeah it doesnt work if other players are around i think, and sometimes it just doesnt work even then. There is a cooldown timer to it at around 90 min, i just logged out and didnt play. Sometimes the dino gets unstuck at the server restarts and then it can work out

So logging out without laying down could work
