that's a loaded question. AI usually spawns in an area with more people and/or where you've been hanging out for a couple. When it isn't bugging and not spawning at all.

yeah those crashes happen fairly randomly, i think it's something to do with the growth stages messing up a bit but there's nothing you can do about it. On the main screen of the game it will sometimes pop up asking you to reconnect and you will skip the queue, so check it'ws not there.
