Again, the splash screen warns you quite clearly: You are playing a game still in development, you will encounter bugs and losses of progress from time to time.

Full stop: If you do not want to lose progress due to bugs, you should not be playing an early access game still in development. This is not unique to the isle.

Cheaters are a thing in any game that actually has players- No game is without them unfortunately, and they aren't left to "do as they please". We get rid of them as soon as we can as often as we can, but no system gets rid of them forever. It's a constant arm's race.

It often comes in waves- They make new cheats to get around the systems preventing old ones from working, and then the devs have to play catchup to remove the new ones.

Like taking pieces of it. And you gotta be sub adult and I think above 40% food to vomit. It leads to the loss of 20% of your nutrients, as well as a fourth of current food and thirst levels. It does increase the decomposition rate by 5x for as long as you can smell the vomit, I believe.
