I'm curious, do you know/can shed any light on how the new 'Report' system is supposed to work?

Does it automatically record the last X amount of minutes leading upto the death sort of like Nvidia Instant Replay but shows steam ID's etc or does it simply and most of the time pointlessly attempt to alert admins like the @ official server admin ping does?
