I've been playing ISL since 2018, so why does the Apex have to suffer so much for its 10 hours of growth and die from 2 Tires? 6.5 tons died from a measly 2.6 tons. I am pretty sure it's a bug with the trike hitboxes, because his attacks reach everywhere somehow last time I tried fighting one when it's full grown

You can't even properly pounce it without getting impaled while it's just standing, and attacking it when it's resting has no effect (pounce/spar, anything to stun or topple as well)

I hate what this update did with my favorite playables. Deinosuchus is all but useless now with all the new shallow water everywhere. And due to Trike, the amount of interactable, fightable players has decreased to... half. Seeing as everyones playing that thing. Herra and Omni are completely out of luck.

The fact that the trike is popular right now is to be expected, alternatively the server should limit how many are on each server at any given time which sucks if you want to try out the new playable.

Deinosuchus are hard to balanced because it is an all or nothing dino, you either dont see one, or you die to one.
The balancing is giving players more "safe" spots which invalidates the entire premise of the dino.

The problem of hotspots can be fixed by increasing player counts.
Players will naturally disperse as seen on some unofficial servers.

Im glad I no longer starved.
The game has a player driven food economy which is very difficult to balance, with apex' but I still want to see Trex and spino.

I get that its new. That isnt the problem to me. Big problem is the fact that they got nothing to do besides canni-ing. That, and the 100 player thing. Gotta be honest though, petits was just as horrible when ive played there, an absolute onslaught. That coupled with the completely destroyed AI spawns, and you get a miserable carnivore experience. Also changes to knockdown. Standíng back up has been slowed massively, so youre garatueed to take at least 2 hits. Lost an fg Carno to a Dibble due to a SINGLE knockdown.

My heart is almost always racing when I try to be sneaky, because I might be stalking, but something else might also be.
They are trying to address the issue with the new bush sounds.

Surprise attacks are fine, when your playable is easy and fast to grow. A herra killing an omni is fine to me, cause it takes like 1,5 hrs to remake it. But Carno takes 4 hours. AND is supposed to be able to run away if necessary. Dying, because the tweaked to knockdown to empower the freakin herbis even more is just a feelsbad and stupid moment. At that point its just a MASSIVE waste of time
