once you hit 45% growth you get the venom.
The first pounce you land hits like "one point" of envenomation,
(you can sniff the stages as the 1st and the 2nd one are green and the 3rd one is purple.)
as you latch onto your target, you sit there like 5 second and then jump off. once your dino makes a PHPHHPRHPGPHh noise, you pounce again - land a 2nd stage envenomation. That's basically it, you pounce-latch-jump off over and over again untill the venom kills the target
