first off theres multiple ways to skin a cat, but the easiest way to get to south pond from swamps is literally just spawn there, get as far west as the swamp will allow you on a horizontal line to south pond aim and hold W (occasionally tap A or D to avoid trees, keep stam above 60% and just below full)
for a little extra peace on the nerves you can pick either photosynthetic/nocturnal as your first mutation, though i would recommend getting either enhanced digestion on the slot or reniculate kidneys to drink salt water

Tbh, in legacy we would get our dinos restored if a hacker killed it, now we do not have that, so I do not quite understand why not to share the location of a cheater who is literally double jumping/flying and hitbox cheating.
