If its nesting twigs you have stuck in your mouth, you might be able to temporarily overcome it by waiting a few minutes, pressing g once so youve 'dropped' it, picking up another set of twigs and continuing to rebuild your nest
However you will need to relog after because you wont be able to eat or drink

strongly recommend small ponds and lakes to look for frogs (there is always be one or will spawn in 5 mins after u come), eventually fish, also mudflats because of turtles and tacos, highlands because of tacos and goats (more ease to find them on highlands rather then in jungle) and maybe west plains but there are a lot of dilos sometimes
