Also I didn't like Hisuian Goodra until I saw that it can enter its shell and now I love it

I hope it goes further. Being able to interact with fights and move around free form is really neat. The pokemon choices are interesting, but they have nice idles. It's currently severely limited by the hardware it's on - but it'll look real good later.

I would use the horns on its face to go somewhere along the body to create a more interesting shape/texture. Maybe going down the back of the head > neck > perhaps on the sides or shoulder

Jurassic World Evolution's giga is so much better than the movie design tho. A slight edit on the eyes and it'd be fine.
I think they were largely just wanting to separate the animal from a tyrannosaurus.. which they could've done so simply by making the animal any color but brown.
JWE giga just needs a slightly smaller lower jaw and a edit on the eyes and it'd look real fine I think.
The eyes just make it look like it's got nothing going on in it's head.
I think that might just be how little they move in game tho.

and like even in the movies the pterosaurs are pretty ugly
the only designs I really like are the quetzalcoatlus (which in all fairness is really just a bootleg of RJ Palmer's quetzalcoatlus rendition he did for some book) and The Lost World's Pteranodon
while it is a bit janky with the legs, but its fairly solid
