It's really scary because they have amazing pull strength, can't lift for shit though. As a Senior Administrator, I don't have to do any of the lower jobs (Official Server Admin assistance, muting people, banning people, managing the channels and community expectations). I do some of those things because it's fun.

My main job as Senior Administrator is to be a sort of fountain of knowledge about the community, it's people, and how they all interact and reference material for everyone else. I also do Ban Appeals, Moderator Applications, and we (the four of us) help Punchpacket word and decide things for the community as a whole based on our individual experiences with it.
