Saurian kinda felt nice but no updates and became boring at times
The Isle kinda the same as Saurian
And that’s about it

Disagree because again, original JP was very, very accurate for its time. You have to remember that what people thought dinosaurs looked like was totally different before and after that movie. And the reason people went to see it in huge numbers was because it was well written, with good performances from the actors and a tightly paced plot. The dinosaurs are used sparingly, each one has an iconic scene that allows it to shine but they never overshadow the human characters

So you're never going to capture that magic again with new dinosaur designs

1. Yes, complaining will get nothing done. It's a waste of time for everyone and it will bog down the enjoyment of people who want to see it.

2. For those that want to say to stop wanting more realism are just as bad as the people prior. So what?, I want more realistic designs. There's nothing wrong with wanting more accurate and faithful adaptations to dinosaurs in a big screen. I'm clearly biased. I have my preference in dinosaurs. So, no, I will not stop wanting more accurate dinosaurs. But going to arms about it 65 on twitter, isn't going to bring the movie I want any time soon.

No... the main demographic is general audience, same with most movies. Niche audience movies are pretty rare and relegated largely to Drama or Period-Pieces that rely on a big name to try to get butts in seats as opposed to explicitly the subject matter.

It features dinosaurs in their "classic" form, probably just as a form of brand recognition really.

You need recognition or spectacle. Go hard with a dinosaur design and it'll get passed off as "Too unfamiliar" and people think it's just a creature feature, which has a WAY smaller turnout. Go with something people are familiar with and you are much more likely to get people.

When you start up minecraft with mods enabled if one isn't working it usually tells you in the error message which one is the issue. I have a mod pack with 108 mods and one was causing an issue, read the error and removed the related mod. Now the custom pack works

You just can't mix fabric and forge together. It's really easy to put packs together and on overwolf you can read the mod page too the creators will say if the mod is compatible or uncompatible with other popular mods

You can search and filter by mod type too

Like, you have to build the portals to go to the other dimensions like the nether. They don't affect your overworld noticeably

The only thing I disagree with is that he says it wasn’t an improvement to use a photo of a place over an illustration of it in field manuals.

Seeing how a place looks exactly in its real standing is way more useful to a bushcrafter than a painting. Range of colors and fidelity that a hand can’t match (at least not in a reasonable timeframe).

Seeing exactly how it is in one frame and its interactions over interpretation of interaction.

when it comes to understanding, say, an animal

like you can showcase animal behaviour more accurately with photos or footage of it compared to an illustration
