sorry for the long wait. what i recommend is going to a doctor and seeing about visiting a nutrition specialist. if you have a weird eating schedule they can probably help you like work with that or around that to help you get the nutrition you need. (and gain weight hopfully) I dont know if in germany you have to see your primary before going to a specialist but the end goal is to just get to seeing a qualified professional who can help with your diet.
