The only reason people like i frames though is because its always been there and isn't that bad, but NO ONE likes the magic system besides the cool visuals

Only cheesers like the current magic system because they can get a mini dopamine rush from clicking R1 over and over and winning

And in this case I think mizayki should ask himself if that's who he wants his games to cater to

I think i frames have never fit the souls format

For a game that puts so much effort into good hitboxes, having the player have a literal get out of jail free card is weird

Like the player can CHEAT

The enemies don't have that ability

Only reason they keep it is that it works, and they're lazy.

I think the less roll spam the better

The games combat just looks way better the less i frame spamming there is

I mean just look at PVP, sometimes it's a MESS of roll spams

I frames are fine,.. in moderation, and they're incredibly helpful to have though you usually need to learn the timings for them.

Sort of a similar deal to Monster Hunter in a sense that, learning I-frames can be a matter of life or death.. especially when whonky hitboxes are thrown into the mix.

Bloodborne punishes bad dodging with extra damage, though this is mostly just punished by charge attacks( courtesy of Ludwig and Ebrietas), though getting the timing right will save you from the massive hitbox they carry with if you time it correctly.

No I mean he isn't panic rolling, but using it to escape, it works but it looks so weird and unrealistic.

Orphan causes a lot of panic dodging but.. I can't remember how good he is at actually punishing it.

I can't answer anything on Elden Ring, F. In Bloodborne, it's typically better to run than to dodge if you're being attacked due to just how damn fast the Hunter is. (also stamina management)

In dark souls 1 I think a 0 I frame dodge could work if you reworked things a bit

Elden ring is clearly made with roll spam in mind though, which sucks from a gameplay standpoint since one of your main moves is literally just "I can phase through your attacks"

My Brother's played it, and he's generally said this about Elden Ring in a nutshell: not particularly fun or enjoyable to replay partially due to how the bosses are, how big the map is, and the game's length overall(better on your first go around). Something like that.

I was thinking that would be the case, the reason DS2/1 are so replayable is because the maps are so well designed and not very large, so it's never a chore to go through them.

Yeah that's what's replays in souls games should be about, just SPEEDING through the game the second time and laughing at stuff that destroyed you before.

And being amazed with how much easier/harder something is due to your build

Bloodborne is around 20-30 hours, depending upon how you do, and if you do the DLC and chalices and what not. If you've played before, it can take 6-8 hours(my usual time, even after having not played for years)

Sekiro straight up has no co-op or Multiplayer in general to my knowledge(it's also the most different, being much more parry focused than the other games)

500 health didn't matter if you just ass blasted whatever you were faced back to the Jurassic

Mizakyi just doesn't get multiplayer at all, he's too narrow minded when it comes to game design at times.

The fact that DS/ER pvp is so popular despite always being on life support 24/7 shows how good the base combat is

and how with just a medium amount of effort, you can extend the games shelf time by like, 150 hours.

We already have the groundwork for such options, just a matter of wise implementation. Well lets see you can pen super pershing in the side with HE between the tracks, AE phase 1, many of the american tanks, you can pen the rear of most tanks with HE but thats pretty obvious, I have had times (rare but it has happened) where I have penned the side of a Obj 430 with the HE rounds from the blackdog or EBR 105. You can also pen the polish medium tanks with HE in the sides.

I would have to do a refresh on what tanks can pen what exactly and from what angles since its been a long time, but all of those aren't "paper" like skorpion g or FV4005.

Okay so I have this horrible habit that I got back when I was younger and playing on console where I have basically a mid life crisis because I get sick of the game or it pisses me off too much. Where to get a quick moment of enjoyment I will sell tanks to buy other tanks and keep doing that over time, even though its cheaper just to get a tank and then save for a new one.

So its complicated, however I do have the AE Phase 1, I was one of the first people on NA server to get it back in the day when it was a reward for frontlines, got it the first day we were able to. I got the Object 777 II I think also from playing frontlines though I have barely played it. Blackdog and T34B I got from the first blackmarket event, Skorpion G, then I got the LT-432 from another blackmarket event for free (credits). I got the TS-5 for free from grinding the marathon. Besides that I have unlocked the Kran, BC 25 T, teir 9 TVP and thats kinda it atm.

I have unlocked way more tanks, but a long time ago still before I had good internet I rerolled my account to try and get some better stats, which still aren't good but at least I don't get yelled at and called a tomato in chat now.

But recently here a few weeks ago I got real internet with low ping and have been playing around a bit since then, playing a lot better then with 600ms at least lmao

Recent WR is 55% and like 1400ish wn8, though ik I can do way better than that, still dealing with some internet interruptions atm from trees blocking the signal outside (got starlink) but should clear up in the fall time

Oh forgot to mention I got Grille-15 unlocked also, though atm I mostly just play Skorpion G or TS-5

Ok so I haven't actually played on CT but I saw its armor model, gameplay etc. This is a frontal assault TD that is basing on armor. It needs reliable armor, but it's a bit too strong atm. What it needs the most is an armor nerf, but its a td that's based on armor, see what i mean there? they have to be very careful with this nerf because they can easily overnerf it and kill the tank

if they tackle the already tragic accuracy, or the fine mobility it will become much more annoying and unfun to play

I wouldn't worry about it being as disgustingly op as kran, the only really similiar thing is the godlike turret armor

I mean you just need to balance it by either it having less gun depression, a bigger weak spot on top, not much but just a little bigger (preferably on 1 side that way someone can skillfully hide it as well) then I think it would be fine.

Sure I get its a heavy assault tank or whatever, but this tank even gun wise is wild because its basically a normal tank with 8 second reload (which is pretty good for 530 damage I think it is? And waiting 24 seconds for a reload anyone can do. 24 seconds for me personally very rarely ruins a game or makes me miss a chance to shoot stuff. Half the time I was playing with this tank on the test server I was reloading with 1-2 shells left simply because I didn't need to use them atm.

Either way I have played this and Kran and I can say its better then the current Kran without the nerf because this tank can play on the flat ground as well where Kran really can't. Its already bad enough with tier 10s I could see this tank wiping entire teams at tier 8 games

Rinoceronte got its armor nerfed during CT, and it got in, one of the most garbage heavy turrets on that tier

lately they've been really careful with balancing higher tiers and there have been instances of overnerfing before the tank came out, another example would be wz 114 the second tier 9 premium
