I think you're way off the mark in assuming that a human is going to spawn in, go into a base and find a full set of functional equipment in an hour that enables them to go full turok. It is far more likely that they are going to have to be very sneaky and thorough in order to get even the most basic equipment, and once again humans are probably going to be one shot by most everything so one mistake and poof, all your stuff is gone and you get to start from scratch again

Use those for your custom skin code and most importantly, remove the species name. This will prevent your pattern from defaulting to 1.

With human bases going to be acting similar to sanctuaries but for carnivores, its probably not gonna be very easy period. Dinosaur players will know where humans need to go in order to get guns and those locations will have easy small to eat ai as well, giving them a good early start

If theres nothing like bees to keep the bigger ones away, which there probably wont be, they'll be camped by all shapes and sizes of carnivores too.

It is not gonna be a walk in the park unless no one is playing carnivore, or its a dead server in the middle of the night.

Then its hex code colours in hex 6 character and FF is the ingame jumper that seperates hexcodes from each other.

To get him you paste in this code into the IMPORT (this loads in the colours
Then paste in again 111182C47FF797671FF5A5750FF1D1916FF4B417BFF without the animal name.
Then the pattern will stay.

The whole neon skin issue is just an oversight on the developer's part because they wanted a hex based system and didn't really think about, you know, the possibilities hex codes provide.
This would be a very simple fix by just limiting hexes to what is available in the provided palletes, but I guess they haven't gotten around to that yet
