I just kind of wish they could secure kills faster and overwhelm their prey instead of the slow, patient hunts that are occurring right now

The devs have shown that Troodon is supposed to dogpile prey and swiftly kill them within seconds, overwhelming them with sheer numbers and confusion. Right now the average dilo hunt can take like 2 minutes or more, and anything bigger also takes longer even with a pack

troodon hunts are supposed to be hard, its the easiest carnivore to grow in the game and it takes like 20-30 to hit prime, and even now it can take down things WAY bigger than itself so its not supposed to be easy for game balance and ive played troodon a lot, a solo troodon if good enough can still kill things like teno and cera because Ive done it before and even if whatever their hunting is camping, troodons pounce is easier to hit and you can pounce from the weirdest angles and the troodons can outlast any camper because all they need to do is find a deer nearby and they got food for the next hour

Troodon doesn’t have to be any stronger or anything, just encourage players to dogpile more rather than be so patient and slow in their hunts, that’s not what Troodon is
