If you're above 75% growth then you're in your elder phase. Prime or frail, it doesn't matter.

To boost growth you need to eat the A, B and Y diets. you can sniff for them using Q, they are usually found in Patrol Zones (2 eye icons), or Migration Zones (footprints) . The diet food are listed on the tab screen. Growth bonus stops at 75% regardless of what you do

Elder is what you become above 75% grown. There are 2 types of elder, prime elder and frail elder. Prime elder is much stronger and bigger than frail elder. You can get Prime elder by completing any 5 of 9 possible tasks - visit sanctuary as a juvi, visit 2 migration zones, get perfect diet, never go infertile, visit 4 patrol zones, visit one mass migration zone (where patrol zone and migration zone overlap), raise children to 50%, be hatched from an egg - all have to be done before you are 75% grown.

Just remember to go to the servers website to learn how to activate voice for their specific server, as it's different for each server. Fair warning the game is a lot harder for new players, If your looking for a easier time Beip or pteradon (I prolly spelt that wrong) are easiest (In my opinion) for learning basic controls. The pteradon is good for flying above and learning the map

I didn't think it would for me either. Turns out cerato are great at hunting ai so they don't starve ever, they're very fast, high stam, loud, grow insanely fast, and are really easy to just be generally obnoxious to other people with lol. I was surprised by how absolutely smooth they felt
