They’re all really strong in their own ways

Herrera can legit 1 shot stuff up to 700kg (but growing it is the worst experience that can be subjected to mankind) and pachy is quite strong especially with a group, fractures make it pretty deadly

And teno is just an all round brawler supposed to be taking on its own size, but it’s kinda bullied by everything its own size

Herrera was my first Evrima dinosaur and I genuinely thought the whole game was as painful to play as it was growing one of those LMAO, like it actually had me about to drop the game before playing more

They are roughly in the same spot imo
Pachy is just very clunky to play atm and has some interactions/bugs that are major issues. With the fact almost everyone is playing giant things that 1-tap it or dinos that are currently overtuned, it feels REALLY bad when you have the disadvantage. However, if you have the numbers or skill to get the advantage in a fight, its really strong due to leg fracture just disabling 90% of attacks, plus it grows super fast.

Herrera just has an abysmal grow, but once its big its really good if you know the right camping spots.

Teno is generally considered the "gold standard" of balance and receives very little changes because of it, but currently its just being power crept by the rest of the roster. That and its prime is a very minor buff compared to some others. Its still plenty good in the right hands though.

Yeah I adore the herrera gameplay, and Teno is growing on me. I was having a good start to Pachy but the server erased it and I haven't tried it since. I did notice the right click bugging out heavily when I was fighting though

IMHO Herrera is also actually the carnivore standard, like, thing's just big enough, fast enough, deadly enough to be a general predator, and this is helped by being almost semi-aquatic and very mobile vertically.

On the other side of the herbivore standard coin from Teno, I'd say Maia is the next most sufficiently generic, slower bulkier version of a Teno.

Most Deinos leave you alone, but not all. You could head to a quieter spot, like the swamps where Deinos tend not to stay long, or highlands lake where it;s hard for a Deinos to get to (not impossible though). FYI it’s very hard for Deinos to track you underwater.

Ok you join the discord for zooming islander. In there they have a bot-command channel. First you need to link your user, by typing /link in the bot-command channel. That will give you a code you paste in in-game chat. Then you can type /teleport in the bot-command channel and select a destination from the list. It only works as a juvi dino
