Now, i am a pin hater, but this is like the only thing about pinning i like. Hiding is one of if not the most overpowered strategy in this game, and in real life, as it should be. I dislike when people go about "sob sob the rex is faster than me and i'm pinnable". Simple solution. He won't pin you if he doesn't know you're there. Stay vigilant. If there is a species that could kill you on sight, be aware of that and don't go out in the open.

A cat is going to pin a mouse. The mouse can't fight back. It can't run. So what does it do? It stays unseen. If a rex pins you, then that is your fault, because you could have payed better attention to your surroundings. Adapt to your creature.

This is coming from a dibble main. Dibble is in a rough state right now and I'd love for it to have an easier time surviving, but not in that way. A dibble isn't built to flee, neither is it capable of standing it's ground from a theropod three times it's size. Vigilance is the answer.

Ok I’ll tell you how dilos venom works. When you hit something you start injecting venom. After you hit them enough they will turn green, this is their first stage of venom. In this stage they will be more blinded. If you hit them more then they will be purple. This is their last stage of venom. In this stage you can right click to summon clones that only the opponent can see. These clones will do the same damage as you do to the opponent. At night you envenomate things 3x as fast

Right now dilo is one of the hardest playables. Once you die I would recommend trying raptor and trying to find a group, cerato is also a good pick.

Ngl this is kinda fax and I also like playing diablo but there is an extent to it. Like if they made a real life game everyone would play cat and almost no one would play mouse. It can be fun to avoid and “play ninja” but Rex is too fast and can get you from far away. honestly I think Rex ambush speed should be peak 37, enough to outrun Diablo but not absolutely destroy it. Also prime elders should have adult speeds
