I feel like the "temporary boost" of being prime is just kinda pointless. It'd make more sense to encourage players to get moving and "live a good life" s they can relax in the end of their cycles or duke it out if they feel like (or entomb) rather than just become frail anyways.

because you the player can't scent a sanctuary, you have less incentive to fly somewhere else on the map knowing you can just "find one" anyways. Instead between, yes the fact you spawn only in water access, and the fact you can't scent sanc... your incentive is follow the path everyone's using to go to delta's sanc because why would you do anything else when that's simplest and you have no easier way of finding another one otherwise?

you don't have the sound developer, programmer, bug fixer, coder, all working on Baryonyx alone. You dedicate each of them to a task until that task reaches a stage to be handed off to the next to work on. This means multiple designs, mechanics, skins, textures, EVERYTHING is being worked on in stages until they're ready. If it were a bigger company raking in money like you see some of the bigger devs doing this wouldn't be so difficult. But this is a game that has been remade from the ground up using old code from a completely different looking game that has lost some of its staff, is working with somewhere roughly in the ballpark of 30-40 people, and is actively managing existing servers alongside developing content for the game.

Similar to War Thunder(and not World of Tanks), The Isle's focus has always been on your decision making over the immediate combat. So... atm that's kinda normal. The game's still in development, it'll be done when it's done.
